We encourage all eligible families to apply for the Tennessee Education Savings Account (ESA). The ESA program is available to families with students zoned for Memphis Shelby County Schools. Families who qualify will have state and local money to use toward educational expenses, including tuition and/or fees at approved non-public schools. Please keep in mind, The Lab School of Memphis is not involved in the approval or denial of families who wish to apply for the ESA program.

To Apply for an ESA in Tennessee:

1. Print and complete the ESA application.
2. Make copies of all necessary documentation.
3. Mail packet to: ESA Program c/o TDOE Andrew Johnson Tower, 10th Floor 710 James Robertson Parkway Nashville, TN 37243
